Linden Honey is very popular in Europe and prized for its delicious taste and calming properties. It has a light amber color with a mild lime flavour. This honey is particularly good for prevention of colds and flu. It also differs from other sorts of honey because of its natural sedative and antiseptic qualities, derived from the Linden trees. It is commendable in cases of anxiety and insomnia. This honey is considered valuable in relieving headaches, indigestion. Directions:

• For Insomnia, Stress, Anxiety, IBS etc . 1-2 hours before bedtime, take 1-2 tablespoons of Linden Honey with lukewarm water.

Tips for consuming honey:

3. Children below 1 year of age are not recommended to take honey or any other bee products.
