Directions

• Try a spoonful in your evening espresso or drizzled over whole wheat bread.
• For improvement of Blood Circulation, Sinus, Respiratory problems etc 1 tablespoon with lukewarm water, 2-3 times daily
• For detoxification (twice a month) - As above
• For diabetics: 1 teaspoon per day as beverage or act as sweetener.  Acacia honey is high in fructose thus gives energy to diabetics.

Tips for consuming honey:

1. Use plastic, wooden, porcelain or ceramic spoon to prepare honey drinks.  Do not use metal spoon.  
2. Mix only with cold or lukewarm water.  Do not use hot boiling water as heat will destroy good properties such as vitamins  and enzymes in the honey.
3. Children below 1 year of age are not recommended to take honey or any other bee products.
