Directions:

• For flu, mouth & throat infection, mouth ulcers and stomach discomfort:
  • Drip 6 small drop into a small cup of water and consume daily.
  • Take the same amount for 7 days and if no side effects,
  • Increase to 15 drops twice a day.
  • Stop if there are severe side effects

• For food poisoning:
  • Pump the full dropper (around 35 small drops) into a small cup of water and consume 3-4 times a day until food poisoning symptoms stop.

Will there be any reaction after taking Propolis?

Propolis will adjust the body system and eliminates toxin accumulated or congested in our body. This process of elimination might cause some symptoms that is known as ‘Body Recovery Reaction’, which will occur to some people. This is just temporary and mild, it might take about one week to a month for the symptoms to disappear. For first time user, it is advisable to start with low dosage of 1 capsule per day for a week and resume to normal recommended dosage thereafter. Possible body recovery reaction symptoms which might occur: constipation, diarrhea, bloating abdomen, dizzy, insomnia, rapid heartbeat and perspiration.
